A gst registration regular scheme dealer gst monthly returns pending from April-2020 to 30-09-2020(not filed).but dealer gst returns filed at present date late fees applicable.

Question:

Dealer cancel of gst registered number applied at present date:20-10-2020 cancel of gst number w.e.f. date:31-03-2020 mentioned in cancel application form allowed in gst act.

You have to file GST for earlier months and pay late fee and also file GSTR 10 if registration has been cancelled.
